Ordering
How do I place an order?
To place an order, choose your desired size and frame option, then upload a photo of your car along with its year, make, and model. You can also add any specific details or customization requests. Once you’ve provided all the necessary information, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
Will I be able to see a preview of my design?
Yes. You will receive a preview of your design via email within 3 business days. Your approval or request for revisions is needed before we continue with your order. Revision requests can extend the estimated timeline.
Can I make changes to my poster before it’s printed?
Absolutely! After you receive the digital preview of your poster, you can request unlimited changes or adjustments. We will work with you to ensure the design meets your expectations before finalizing and printing your poster.
What kind of photo should I upload?
For the best results, please upload a high-resolution photo of your car. Ensure that the image is clear, well-lit, and free from obstructions. Your photo should show your car from the desired angle. Our designers will replicate the exact image and angle for your poster.
What kind of frames do you use?
In order to protect your artwork during transit, we use durable anti-drop plastic or high-quality MDF frames (varies by size) with shatter-proof 3mm plexiglass glazing. All frames will arrive ready to hang.
Can I upload multiple cars/photos for one poster?
At this time, we only accept one car/photo per poster to ensure the highest quality and focus on your car's unique details. If you would like us to facilitate multiple cars on your poster, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Can you create posters for motorcycles/trucks/jeeps?
Yes, we can create custom posters for all types of vehicles, including motorcycles, trucks, jeeps, and more. If it has wheels, we can create it. Simply upload a photo of your vehicle, and our design team will create a unique poster just for you.
Can I add a personal message or name to the poster?
Yes, our design team will do their best to facilitate custom design requests, including adding personal messages or names to the poster. Please provide the details during the ordering process, and we will do our best to incorporate your requests into the design.
What size poster should I order?
The size you choose depends on your space and preference. We offer a variety of sizes to fit different needs. For most customers, we recommend 14x24”, as it provides a balance of detail and display. If you're unsure, consider where you plan to display the poster and measure the available wall space.
Can I make custom requests when ordering a poster?
Yes! During the ordering process, you have the option to add specific details or customization requests, such as adding text, changing background colors, or highlighting certain features of your vehicle. Our design team will work to incorporate your requests into the final design.
Please note: While we strive to accommodate most customization requests, some specific requests that fall outside the scope of our product design may not be possible.
Can I order a digital version of the poster?
Yes, you can order a digital version of the poster. This option is called a "Digital Download" and is available for an additional $10 during purchase. You will receive a high-resolution file of your custom design, allowing you to use the design as a phone wallpaper or print your own additional posters.

Can I purchase a poster as a gift and have it shipped directly to the recipient?
Yes, you can purchase a poster as a gift and have it shipped directly to the recipient. During the checkout process, simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address.
What happens if I don't review my artwork proof?
We will send your artwork proof to the email and phone number you provided at checkout at least three times. If 30 days pass from the date of the first proof, and we have sent at least three reminders without a response, we will proceed to print and ship your poster as is. In this case, no refunds or replacements will be offered if the artwork does not meet your expectations.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
We offer 20% off when you order three or more prints.
This discount applies to any framed or unframed print. Sizes and options can be mix matched.
The discount will automatically apply at checkout.
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each poster is uniquely designed based on the photo you provide, making it personal and one-of-a-kind.
However, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there are any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement or offer a refund.

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) along with accelerated payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
We process all payments and personal information via our website provider, Shopify. For more information on their privacy policy and data protection, please visit their website.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
No, you may only use one discount code per order. This ensures we can continue to offer high-quality products at competitive prices.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do not currently offer gift cards through our website. If you are interested in purchasing a gift card, please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
U.S. deliveries typically arrive within 1-2 weeks from the time of ordering. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons.
Design:
You will receive a preview of your design via email within 3 business days. Your approval or request for revisions is needed before we continue. Revision requests can extend the estimated timeline.
Printing: Once the design is approved, production and order processing takes 2-3 business days.
Delivery: After production, domestic U.S. delivery typically takes 3-6 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary based on the size of the poster and the destination. During the checkout process, you will see the shipping cost calculated for your specific order. We strive to keep shipping rates competitive and affordable for our customers.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping when you join our newsletter. Find the "Claim Free Shipping" button at the bottom of the page to receive this offer.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order. Once your poster has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please note: Tracking numbers will not be provided until after your design has been approved, printed, and fulfilled, which may take several days as described in our delivery timeline above.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States only. We plan to add international shipping in the future. Please contact customer service if you have a country request.
How are your products packaged for shipping?
Our posters are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Framed posters are securely wrapped in a protective film and then packed in a sturdy wooden mailer with bubble wrap and styrofoam for added protection. This ensures your custom artwork is safe during transit.
Unframed prints are shipped in a sturdy shipping tube to prevent folding and creasing.
What happens if my poster is damaged during delivery?
If your order gets damaged during delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will either replace your print free of charge or issue a refund, depending on the situation. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work quickly to resolve any issues.
