We requested to have the default background color different than what would normally have been done. Tyler promptly responded and was happy to accommodate our request. We received the framed poster and it is absolutely perfect! Ordered the poster on the 1st of the month and it was delivered on the 9th. Excellent Service!

This is the second time I’ve used Downshift Prints. They did such a great job on the last car, I had them do another one. Both came out terrific and hang proudly in my sons room who, like me, is very interested in cars.

Bought my 69 Cutlass 46 years ago at my wedding, while at the reception, from my best man. Last year, after he passed away, his daughter had to start emptying the house. When they got to her mom's 94 Cutlass, she called me. My son ended up buying that one. Ordered and got your picture boards for both cars. Absolutely love them. After initially accepting the image I soon discovered that the picture of my pickup was missing the radio antenna and a rear tail light side marker and needed some editorial changes. I informed them through email and was missed through initial processing. But when it was discovered and discussed that my original poster would have been incorrect. They fixed the corrections and replaced it with the updated version. It came out just as the original image I sent them but even better in their style of drafting design and imaging with the vehicle editorial just as I had visioned.
Put it up for my show this week and hot a lot of like on it!!

I uploaded my photo and additional information that i wanted added and the following day I received email with a proof to approve. 3 days later the framed poster was received. Unfortunately, the plexiglass was damaged during shipping. I sent an email telling them it arrived damaged. I uploaded photos showing the damaged, and they sent replacement out the next day. I was expecting that they sent out just the plexiglass, but thay replaced the entire frame, plexiglass and poster. The poster looks great and appreciated the outstanding customer service.
It was a quick and easy process from start to finish. Going to order additional one's for my other collector cars. Will work great for car shows
