Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each poster is uniquely designed based on the photo you provide, making it personal and one-of-a-kind.

However, we strongly beleive in customer satisfaction. We always offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 30 days after receipt to be eligible for a replacement or refund. If you require assistance with a replacement or refund, you may email us information and/or pictures at shop@downshiftprints.com

If a refund is issued, you’ll be automatically credited on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was issued and you have not received the funds, please contact us at shop@downshiftprints.com
